Multi-layer insulated
sandwich panel

Sandwich panels are composite construction materials consisting of an insulating, core and two thin skin-layer metal sheets. The core material options are PIR (polyisocyanurate) or MW (mineral wool).

Standard PIR Wall Panels

Standard wall panels with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam core show excellent thermal insulation properties, thus allowing to decrease panel thickness. Thinner panels directly transfer to lower transportation and installation costs. Wall panels made with PIR core are the choice for buildings with very high thermal performance requirements.

Aluflam pays special attention to product quality, therefore multi-layer panels are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards, quality control is performed according to EN 14509, and panels are tested in modern European fire research institutes.

In addition, we offer to our customers galvanized or stainless steel screws for mounting panels to metal, wood or concrete constructions, as well as decorative flashings according to the client’s chosen colour.

Standard MW Wall Panels

Wall panels with mineral wool (MW) core are designed for applications with high fire resistance requirements, thus they are used for fire walls, fire compartments, partitions, etc. Moreover, mineral wool absorbs sound very well. Due to this they are often the choice for projects, where high sound insulation is required.
